Our items are shipped worldwide from the UK.

We aim to ship all orders within a day of the order being placed. This may vary depending on the time of the year, particularly around new launches and holidays. Generally, our shipping times are as follows:

UK - 1 - 2 days standard shipping.

Europe - 3 - 5 days standard shipping.

US & Canada - 4 - 7 days standard shipping.

Australia & New Zealand - 7 - 10 days standard shipping.

Order before 1pm GMT Monday - Friday for same day shipping.
If you selected the ‘tracked’ option for shipping and you haven’t received a tracking number, please get in contact with us and we will send this across.
If it has exceeded the typical delivery times (in our ‘how long does shipping take’ section) please get in contact with us and we will look into it for you.
We are really sorry if this is the case and it isn’t something that happens regularly. Please contact us and we will get it rectified for you as a matter of urgency.
If your item doesn’t quite fit correctly, you’re more than welcome to exchange it for a different size/style if it is within 30 days of purchase. To process an exchange please contact us (click here) Leave your name and order number and we will email you back with the returns form.

Please note, to be eligible for an exchange/return your item must be free from any signs of wash or wear. If the item has been used in any way it cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene. All tags must still be attached. Please also note BMBLE are not responsible for return fees on exchanged items.

We aim to process returns within 2 days of us receiving them. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be in your account or your new item to be sent to you. If there is a problem with stock levels and we are unable to fulfil your exchange, or if there are any issues with the returned item, we will get in touch with you as soon as we can.

We always recommend to send your item back to us via a tracked method to ensure it isn’t lost in transit.
